In the spring of 1977, founders Shelly Lotter and Leslie Lipton broke through the gender boundary following Yale's admission of women, bringing together some of the best male and female voices Yale's campus had to offer. The result was Redhot & Blue, Yale’s first co-educational a cappella group. Though Redhot's repertoire has since expanded and changed dramatically, we remain true to our commitment to pursue the highest standards of musical excellence.
